Tracy Zeller is a lifelong Evansville resident. Two years after graduating from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Tracy successfully completed the Gemological Institute of America’s Diamond Graduate Course and continued to prepare herself educationally for a career in jewelry, her passion. In 2004, with nearly two decades of experience on her side and a true entrepreneurial spirit, Tracy opened the innovative Tracy Zeller jewelry on Evansville’s West Side. She offers the tri-state a unique jewelry shopping experience built upon the principles of trust, quality, value, and integrity. With unwavering commitment to those principles and by surrounding herself with the right team, both personally and professionally, Tracy has grown her business exponentially. In 2005, the Tracy Zeller home division was introduced. In 2006, the business evolved into Tracy Zeller enterprises, incorporating five divisions: Tracy Zeller jewelry, Tracy Zeller home, Tracy Zeller marketing, Tracy Zeller speaks and Tracy Zeller style. Also in 2006, Tracy’s husband of 25 years, Jim Zeller, joined the business as CFO of Tracy Zeller enterprises, inc.
Tracy’s faith is a very important part of her life. As such, Tracy and Jim realize the value of taking care of family, team members, vendors, and clients and feel fortunate to have the best of all of them! Throughout the growth of the business, Tracy has remained dedicated to a personal calling of “live to give” by giving back to numerous community and charitable organizations (see the Live to Give link for a complete list). In addition to the financial contributions Tracy makes, she also gives of her time to several organizations including Women’s Fund of Vanderburgh County, and Vanderburgh Humane Society, just to name a few. She has served as past President of Kiwanis and Board of Directors of Community Marriage Builders. Curren's the president of A Network of Evansville Women (ANEW).
Along with the many educational events and speaking engagements to which she is invited throughout the year, Tracy is a regular guest on WFIE’s Ask the Expert segment on Midday with Mike Blake. She is also a featured spokesperson on Fox 7’s Tri-State Professional. Evansville Living magazine readers voted her among the Best of Evansville and the Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana recently named Tracy the Entrepreneur of the Year, further endorsing her success as a local business leader.
Tracy adamantly credits her success to five basic beliefs:
In those rare moments of free time, Tracy enjoys every minute with Jim, Buster (their Yorkshire terrier), family, and friends. She particularly enjoys shopping and traveling, ideally, shopping while traveling. Golfing is also one of Tracy’s favorite outdoor activities and netted her a hole-in-one in 2006. Most of all, Tracy truly loves what she does, so going to work is really nothing like work at all!
